Silent Film- The Exchange

1. In as much detail as possible record the steps it took to create your Silent Film in Adobe Premiere Rush. Use complete sentences. Try to recall as many of the different tools and processes as possible.

The first step we took to make our short film was brainstorming, we then started recording but didn't like our original project. So we re-filmed and then finally found something we liked. We uploaded the files and synced them all up and added many sound effects and music. We then added a black and white filter t complete it.

2. What was the easiest part of the process of making a silent film? What was the most difficult part? How did you overcome it?

The most important part was editing for us, the hardest had to be filming. We had a lot of ideas and couldn't settle on one, but we did and that's how we overcame it.

3. What was the experience of working with a group like? Did everyone carry their own weight and contribute equally to the production process? Why or why

not?

Yes, it was amazing. Very fun working as a group.

4. Based on the learning target, "Understand the component steps and skills required to design, edit, and produce a Silent Film by producing a storyboard, script, audio and video clips that use characterization, style, and related elements for specific aesthetic purposes ". What level of mastery does your project demonstrate (Exceeds, Meets, Needs Work, minimal understanding) Why do you think so? Make sure to provide specific evidence.

I think it exceeds because we finished it very well and under such short notice.
